This 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Realejo, Granada. There is a comfortable living room with a sofa and a footrest, as well as a reclining armchair and a flat-screen television. It also has a dining table and chairs which can seat up to 4 people, and the room leads our onto a private balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery, and also has a microwave and a small electric stove. The bedroom has a double bed, another television, and an armchair, as well as a large built-in wardrobe.
Although the area around the apartment is residential, there is a large supermarket nearby, as well as several hair and beauty salons. The Plaza del Humilladero, a park which runs alongside the river, is only a 6-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- Our homechecker, Cristina, loved the power shower in the bathroom!
- There is a reclining armchair with a footrest in the living room.
- There is a television in the bedroom, so you can watch TV in bed.
