A spacious, 65m2, 1 bedroom apartment is for rent near the University of Granada in Granada's San Francisco Javier neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is very lively, filled with bars, restaurants and cafés that provide plenty of entertainment. The interior of the flat itself is luminous, boasting a large living room that features a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The equipped kitchen is attached to the living room by a breakfast bar, and there is 1 complete bathroom in the property.
What we liked the most
- Ideal for students, this apartment is less than 18 minutes from the University of Granada Fuentenueva campus.
- Tenants can walk 10 minutes to reach Granada rail station, which provides access to long distance destinations.
- The main room is bright as there is a large window at the back.
- There is a supermarket just around the corner of the property.
