This one bedroom apartment is located on Avenida de Madrid and is very spacious, covering 90sqm. There is one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very pleasant living room that opens out onto a covered balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk, and there is plenty of storage. The exterior apartment also features central heating and air-conditioning. The location is perfect for students and just 15 minutes from the University of Granada-Campus Fuentenueva, and five minutes from Hospital Universitario San Cecilio.
What we liked the most

- There is a covered balcony that joins on to the living room and enjoys an attractive view over the city.
- The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, stove and a refrigerator.
- The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a desk with an office chair.
- The location is excellent for students with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as two universities.
- The apartment has plenty of storage for all of your belongings.
