There is a luminous, 60m2, 2 bedroom apartment available with A/C in Granada's Ronda neighbourhood. This student centric area is ideal for those who would like to live near quirky bars, cafés and restaurants. This property is also perfect for those who attend the University of Granada as the Fuentenueva campus can be reached in 19 minutes. The cosy living room is furnished with 3 sofas - one of which is a sofa bed that is ideal for hosting guests. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances and there is 1 bathroom to share between tenants.
What we liked the most
- This property has A/C and heating to keep tenants comfortable all year round.
- There is a doorman who works in the building so the property is extra secure.
- The kitchen has plenty of storage space and worktop surfaces.
- Each room has large windows to let in plenty of sunlight.
- The bedroom windows look onto quiet streets to there will not be much noise disturbance at night time.
- The spacious bathroom features a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is not in central Granada but it has plenty of places to socialise to make up for this.
