This modern studio apartment on Friarsland Road, Goatstown, is 13 m² and comes fully furnished including a sofa bed. The property is equipped with central heating and has a private patio, kitchen, and a stylish bathroom.
The apartment is located in a very nice residential area that is approximately 20 minutes away from the city centre by car. The local area offers all the amenities you could need during your stay, and the bus stops a couple of minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The modern kitchen has a sink, microwave and stove.
- There is a table and 2 chairs which can be folded away when not in use.
- The sofa bed can be used as either a single bed or double bed.
- The bathroom is beautifully tiled.
- The apartment is in a tranquil area.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television connection in the studio.
- The apartment is self-contained, but is located by the landlord's house.
- The washing machine and dryer are in a shared laundry room.
