This charming studio apartment in Terenure is located in the backyard of the landlady's house but has its own entrance. The property is beautifully presented and has 2 single beds, bathroom, and a basic kitchen.
The studio is in a nice residential area that is about a 30-minute drive from the city centre. You will find a bus stop 4 minutes away, and you can also access a park, shops and a supermarket within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a wardrobe and a heating unit.
- There is a window that lets in good natural light and has nice garden views.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- There is a wall-mounted television.
- The house is close to transport and amenities.
- The landlady does laundry once a week.
Things to keep in mind
- The studio is located in the backyard of the landlady's house, but it is self-contained and has a private entrance.
- The landlady has a friendly big dog on site.
- The studio can accomodate up to 2 tenants, but couples are not permitted.
