One fully furnished room is available for rent in a two bedroom apartment in Dublin, close to public transport. You will be sharing this flat with a professional couple with two young children. Tenants will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-fi is already installed and you will be provided with bed linen and towels to use during your stay. The apartment has a floor area of 80 sqm and is located on Beaumount Court, in a quiet residential neighbourhood known as Beaumont Woods. The area surrounding the flat features several green spaces, and is only 20 minutes from the city centre using public transport. This room is ideal for students looking to live within a relaxed family environment!
