Situated on Warrenstown Place in Blanchardstown, this property is placed in a tranquil area which is connected to the city centre via bus or car. The interior of this 3 storey house is spacious and comfortable with a long entrance hall that leads to the living area and kitchen. The living area is perfect for relaxing with housemates, as it features plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace and a TV. The kitchen is at the back of the house, fully equipped with modern appliances. The back garden and the laundry room can be accessed through the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms for rent are situated on the 2nd floor and the landlord's bedroom is on the 3rd floor. The shared bathroom is also on the 2nd floor of the house.
