A room for females, furnished with a bunk bed, is available for rent in a shared 2 bedroom apartment based on Broadstone Ave in Stoneybatter, just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The pet-friendly apartment consists of a comfortable living area with a fireplace and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, an extra storage space and a bathroom - you will be sharing these communal areas with the friendly landlady. With a nearby bus station you can easily access Dublin universities as well as the city centre in just a few minutes!
What we liked the most
- The city centre is just a 15 minute walk away!
- Even though the room for rent is small, it features bunk beds and storage space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, also furnished with a small dining table.
- Animals are allowed in this apartment!
- Wi-Fi and TV license bills are already included in the rental price.
Things to keep in mind
- The private laundry area is located in the basement of the building.
- The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, is accessible through the kitchen and extra storage space.
