This house is located on the third floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the house or the dryer. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated.

This large nine bedroom house offers a selection of fully furnished rooms for rent and a complete range of shared amenities. The elegant flat is nicely presented and equipped with a mix of modern and antique style furniture. Tenants will share use of a full kitchen, five bathrooms, two toilets and a laundry room. Other amenities include a stylish dining room, a living area with a fireplace and a study with a flat screen television and a library, providing plenty of options for occupants to socialise and relax outside of the rooms. Wi-Fi is activated, and there are natural gas heaters throughout the flat. The house is located on Grace Park Gardens, a nice street in the quiet neighbourhood of Drumcondra, offering plenty of street parking. The main road where you will find shops and bus stops is located a three minute walk away. Dublin's City Centre is 3 kilometres from the flat, and can be accessed in 20 minutes using public transport. The rooms are available for male tenants only.
What we liked the most
- The elegant dining room has a large table and a window overlooking the street.
- The living area has two double sofas and a fireplace, making it an ideal room for a nightcap with your flatmates.
- There is a spacious study with a flat screen television and a large library, where tenants can read or watch some sports.
- The laundry room has a washing machine and also a dryer.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and has a dishwasher.
- This flat will be a great choice if you are thinking of getting a car during your stay in Dublin as there is street parking available.
- Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom and rooms 5 and 6 have private sinks.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord lives in the property.
- Bedroom 3 is a spare room not normally for rent and used by the landlord as a guestroom.
- The eighth room is used as storage and thus is not rentable.
- The building does not have an elevator.
