There is a room for rent in this modern 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment on Woodbrook Cres in Castleknock. The lovely flat offers a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully furnished living area with a dining table, sofa and TV. There is also a gorgeous balcony which is accessible from the living room and has seating and a BBQ, ideal to enjoy during those sunny summer days!
The apartment is in a residential community to the North West side of Dublin. You will be close to Coolmine train station which can take you into the city in 15-minutes. The area offers many lovely parks to explore on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and bright, and has lovely wooden floors.
- There is a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
- The balcony has great views of a beautiful courtyard.
- The apartment is AC and heating available for comfort all year round.
- There is parking available, and you can also access buses and trains nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

The balcony has such great views that is almost too nice not to share! Luckily enough, you will be sharing this apartment with the live-in landlord and his partner. They are both 33 and work in the city centre.
