There are rooms for rent in this stunning 4-bedroom house on Wood Dale Cres in Knocklyon. The house is very clean and spacious with a bright, kitchen and living area on the ground floor. To the right of the kitchen is a small sitting room with comfortable sofa and TV. An additional sitting area on the left of the kitchen has a sliding glass door that leads to a small back garden. The live-in landlady's bedrooms are located on the first floor next to the tenant's bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Within walking distance from the house are multiple bus stops, shops and a beautiful park. Knocklyon is very green and residential, with public transport links to the city and local pubs and restaurants nearby.

Such a spacious, beautiful house would be far too big for just 1 person! No worries, living here you will be living with the live-in landlady and another tenant. The house has plenty of communal living areas in which to get to know one another and socialise.
