There is a room for rent in this 2-bedroom house with a live-in landlady on Deerpark Lodge, Kiltipper. This bright house has large glass doors opening out from the living area onto a small balcony. The living room is furnished with large, comfortable couches and leads into a small, well-equipped kitchen. The shared bathroom has a shower/bath and toilet.
This house is located in the suburban outskirts of Dublin. There are nearby bus stops that can transport you into the city centre and within walking distance is a football stadium, large bark and supermarket.
What we liked the most
- The living area has a lovely bright colour scheme throughout.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- Tallaght Stadium is a 20-minute walk, home of the Shamrock Rovers!
- Sean Walsh Memorial Park is a 20-minute walk from this house and has beautiful ponds and sculptures.
Things to keep in mind
- This house is located in the outskirts of Dublin, however, there is free parking, making this an ideal location for someone with their own car. There are buses available nearby too.
- There is a dog living in this apartment, perfect for an animal lover.
