The 2-storey house is shared with the live-in landlady, with the common areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There is a double-room living room furnished with cozy seating around a fireplace and a long dining table for 6. There is a compact but equipped kitchen that opens up onto a lovely patio area.
Drumcondra is a residential district located just north of the city center. Full of lovely houses and with great bus connections, this is a popular area for people wanting a more relaxed atmosphere. On Russell Avenue, you are just 5 minutes to the Drumcondra Train Station and several bus stops. Along the same street, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
What we liked the most
- We love the simple but stylish decor.
- The patio is a perfect place to sit out and relax.
- You can reach the city center by bus in just 10 minutes.
- St. Patrick's College Drumcondra is also a short bus ride away.
