There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom flat shared with the live-in landlord. On the 3rd floor with a balcony, the flat has big windows that fill it with natural light. The open-plan kitchen and living room is the brightest of all rooms, covered in windows and well-furnished. There is a large leather couch and dining table and a huge flat-screen TV. The u-shaped kitchen has a sleek wood and black design with plenty of storage space and modern appliances.
On Belmayne Park South in Donaghmede, the flat is ideal if you are looking to live in a residential area surrounded by everything you need for day-to-day living. Just a few minutes' walk away you have Malahide Road, where you can find banks, grocery stores, and restaurants. You also are a short walk to the ClareHall Shopping Center, where you can find plenty of other shops. When in the mood for city life, you can easily reach Dublin City Center by car or a 45-minute bus ride.
