All the common areas area located on the ground floor, which include a cozy living room, spacious kitchen and dining area, and access to the back garden. The bedrooms are located on the upper floors, where you also have the shared bathroom.
Oldbawn is a residential area located about 50 minutes from Dublin City Center. On New Bawn Park, this is the perfect place to live if you enjoy being around nature. You are right next to the sprawling Dodder Valley Park with a river running through and have views of the Dublin Mountains. Just a 10-minute walk away, will also take you to several bus stops and a small commercial area.
