There are rooms to rent in this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with live-in landlords on Cedarwood Rise in Ballymun. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen which is well-equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a large garden which can be accessed through the kitchen, and is a great space to relax when the weather is nice.
For those days where you just don't know what to do with yourself, there is an IKEA you can spend some time in just a half-hour away by bus. If you do have something to do in the centre of Dublin, you can easily get there in around 35-minutes by bus. If you don't feel like visiting the city to get the essentials, you will find a handful of shops including a supermarket within a 15-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- Luckily for students, the Dublin City University is a half-hour walk away, or just over 20-minutes by bus.
- The house is close to public transport, so exploring everything Dublin has to offer is easy.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- Parking is available at this house, which is great if you have a car.
Things to keep in mind
- The living area is for the exclusive use of the landlord and his family, but the kitchen has a dining table so you can relax outside of your room and enjoy your meals.
