The 130 m² property is distributed over different floors with the living room and kitchen upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. The living room is fully furnished with a couch, TV, and fireplace, and there is a fully equipped kitchen.
Blackrock is a coastal town about 20 minutes southeast of Dublin. The house on Carysfort Avenue is perfect for commuters with a DART station just a few minutes away. If you enjoy being surrounded by nature, you will also love the location, which is right next to Dublin Bay and with a park a short walk away. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby, in addition to the Blackrock Shopping Center.
