There is a room to rent in this cosy 2-bedroom house with a live-in Landlord, located on West Road in Dublin's North Inner City. The shared spaces include a comfortable living and dining room, functional kitchen and a shower room and separate toilet as well as a back garden.
Dublin's North Inner City is ideal for professionals and those who enjoy living more centrally. This house is a comfortable walk from the Connolly Train station, which is a doorway to greater Dublin and to Ireland, as well as being in close proximity to Fairview Park and the Tolka River.
What we liked the most
- The house is close to the transport hub of Connolly Train station, Fariview Park and Tolka river.
- The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook.
- The house is decorated in a neutral, comfortable way throughout.
- The toilet is separate from the shower room, and has all of the necessities.
- The house has heating to keep you cosy over the colder months.
