A room is available for rent in a 4-bedroom house on Hollybrook Grove. The house has a living room with 2 couches, a wall-mounted TV and a fireplace while the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook and has lots of counter space for you to work at. The house is modern and stylishly decorated throughout with a fresh and spacious bathroom where you will even find a bath tub.
The house is in a peaceful residential area. There are a few friendly pubs, cafés and restaurants where you can go for a drink or meal and there is a train station close by, meaning you can reach the city center in just over 20 minutes. There are some great city parks where you can go to relax on the weekends and a gym so you can keep in shape.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of counter space for you to work at.
- The room for rent has lots of storage space.
- The house is very modern and stylish throughout.
- Nika, our homechecker, told us she really loves this property.
