There are rooms to rent in this tidy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Stratton Close in Adamstown. The spacious combined living room and kitchen are well-equipped with modern appliances including an oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a 10-minute walk, and there are a couple of restaurants nearby as well. The large Griffeen Valley Park is just over a half-hour walk away, and is a great place to explore.
What we liked the most
- There is parking available at this house.
- There is an additional, separate toilet downstairs for added convenience.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
