There are rooms to rent in this modern 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Evora Park in Howth. This house has a generous 150 m² footprint, which includes a kitchen with an oven, microwave and plenty of bench space as well as a breakfast bar.
There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants within a 5-minute walk of this house. Howth Castle is a 15-minute walk away, as is the King George IV Footprints memorial. The Howth Lighthouse is only a 20-minute walk away, so there is plenty to explore on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The house is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is parking available at no additional cost.
- There is a washing machine and dryer, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what you're doing.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is central heating, there is no AC.
- The bedroom is located upstairs.
