There are rooms to rent in this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Ridgewood Close in Swords. The kitchen has modern appliances including an oven, 4-burner stove and rangehood, while the living room is similarly well-equipped with a large sofa and TV.
There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk of this house, while the Rivervalley Shopping Centre where you will find a pharmacy and post office, is within a 15-minute walk. The large Ward River Valley Park is just over a 25-mintue walk as well.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living room is a great space to relax outside of your room with the landlady.
- The house is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The bathroom has a shower over a large bath, as well as a toilet, sink and heating unit.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs.
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
