There is also a free parking space for your use, and you will have limited access to a fully equipped kitchen. You and the other tenant will have one full bathroom to yourselves which you will not share with the family.
Terenure is a lovely place to live, and with River Dodder and Bushy Park nearby, you can really take advantage of Dublin's inner city beauty. The house is also close to transport and a small number of shops and eateries.
