There is a room with a private bathroom to rent in this tidy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a live-in landlord on Pearse Brothers Park in Rathfarnham. There is an open-place kitchen and living room, which is well-equipped with a sofa, table and chairs as well as a 4-burner stove.
Saint Enda's Park is within a 10-minute walk, as is the Pearse Museum, which are great places to explore. There is also a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and a gas station just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The house is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a well-kept garden at the back of the house.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no parking available at this house.
