There is a charming room with a private bathroom to rent in a 2-bedroom house with a live-in landlady on Ballintyre Meadows, in Ballinteer. The spacious 90 m² property has a beautifully decorated open plan kitchen and living area, with a television, sofa, and all you need to cook.
The house is located in a quiet area that is about 45 minutes from Dublin City Centre using public transport. Buses stop 3 minutes away and there is a supermarket just around the corner. You will also find a shopping centre with a movie theatre and restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The living area is a cozy space to relax at the end of the day.
- There is a dining table to enjoy your meals.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
- Your private bathroom is spacious and nicely tiled.
- There are several lovely parks to explore nearby, including the large Marlay Park.
