There is a room for rent in this 4-bedroom house on Woodstown Drive, in Knocklyon, to be shared with the live-in landlady and her family. The house is furnished and very cozy, and has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that opens out onto a backyard.
The house is located in a quiet area that is about 30 minutes from the City Centre using public transport. The local shopping centre is located a short walk away, and offers a supermarket and medical centre.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, and is also furnished with a dining table, sofa and television.
- There is a range of appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and is nicely tiled.
- Nika the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
- The house is in a tranquil area, with buses and amenities nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has 2 pet rabbits who live inside the house.
