There are rooms for rent in this spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house, located on Rockville Drive in Carrickmines. The shared spaces include a well equipped kitchen and a beautifully landscaped garden. The kitchen has a microwave, an oven, and a stove, and there is a dining area in a lovely glass conservatory. Although there are 3 bathrooms on the property, only 1 is available for the tenants' use. It has a toilet, shower, and a sink.
Carrickmines is a semi-rural area to the Southeast of Dublin's city centre, and is popular with residents who enjoy the quieter conveniences Greater Dublin provides. Near the house is The Park Shopping centre, and a bus route which connects to the Ballyogan Wood Luas stop if you should want to go into Dublin.
