There is a room for rent to women only in this charming 2-bedroom house with a live-in landlady on Brian Boru Street, in Clontarf East. The property comes equipped with central heating and has 1 bathroom, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
The house is located in a beautiful seaside neighbourhood, close to several restaurants and some shops. The lovely North Bull Island Nature Reserve is easily accessible from the house, and several bus lines stop nearby to take you around the city.
What we liked the most
- The living area is beautifully decorated and cozy, making an ideal spot to relax at the end of the day.
- There is a lovely back garden with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee al fresco.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook, including pots and pans.
- The bathroom is nicely presented and offers storage space.
- The lovely St. Anne's Park is within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has a very cute dog so it is essential that tenants be dog-lovers.
