There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a live-in landlady on Dundela Park, in Sandycove. The bright and modern property opens out onto a beautiful garden and comes with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including an equipped kitchen, living area with a TV, and central heating.
The house is located about 35-40 minutes from the city centre using public transport, with the train stopping 8 minutes away. The local shops are within walking distance, and offer a supermarket, butcher, and other essentials amenities.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has plenty of bench space and is modern and fully equipped.
- The garden provides a fantastic space to catch some sun and relax outdoors.
- There is a dining table to share a meal with your flatmates.
- The cozy living area is furnished with a large sofa, TV, and a fireplace
- Nika the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- You can walk to the seaside in about 30 minutes if you are feeling energetic, otherwise it is easily accessible using public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- You will be sharing the house with students so the landlady asks to please respect their quiet times.
- Bedroom 1 is located in the attic, up a narrow staircase.
