There is 1 room to rent in this chic 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Swords, Dublin, with live in landlords, who are a professional couple. The large living room and kitchen are located downstairs, while the bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a wonderful garden which can also be accessed through the kitchen. The room for rent is not an en-suite but the upstairs bathroom will be for your use only.
There is a supermarket and bakery only a 10-minute walk away from the house. The Pavilions Shopping Centre is a 5-minute bus ride away. The stunning Ward River Valley Park is also easily accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to relax outside of your room.
- The house is close to public transport.
- The upstairs bathroom is modern, and has a shower over bath, and there is also a separate toilet downstairs.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is parking available.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
