There is a spacious room for rent in this charming 2-bedroom house in Dún Laoghaire. The available bedroom and the landlord's bedroom are located upstairs, as well as the shared bathroom. On the ground floor, there is large open space where you have the cozy living room and big and modern kitchen. The kitchen looks out onto the lush garden and with it's big windows and island makes for an ideal place to have a meal or sit around and chat.
Living in Dún Laoghaire you are located between Dublin City Center and several coastal towns. There are several buses nearby, but by car you can reach the coast in just 15 minutes. A few minutes' walk from the house there is also a small shopping center where you can find a grocery store and many more amenities.
What we liked the most
- We love the kitchen! If you enjoy cooking, you will too.
- The garden has lush green grass and is the perfect place to spend a sunny day.
- There is a separate shower and toilet room – convenient for shared living.
- There is a small shopping center nearby.
- You can reach the city center easily by bus.

- There is a dog in the house that has quite a bit of hair.
