There are rooms to rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a live-in landlady on Orwell Park Rise in Templeogue. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed with an oven and microwave, which opens on to a dining area and living room. The bathroom is located upstairs, and is equally modern with a toilet, shower and sink.
There is a supermarket, pharmacy and a takeaways within a 5-minute walk. The large Tymon Park is also nearby, and is a great place to explore on your days off. There is also a public swimming pool within a 10-minute walk.
