There are rooms to rent in this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with live-in landlord on Brookwood Crescent in the North Central Area. The ground floor has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with a sofa and TV in the living area, and table and chairs as well as an oven in the kitchen. Tenants will also have their own kitchen on the top floor but you will have to come downstairs to access the garden.
There are a few restaurants around this house, as well as a supermarket which is just a 10-minute walk away. If you're looking for something to do on your day off, Saint Anne's Park is only a 15-minute walk away, and is a great place to explore.
