The nicely presented property is equipped with central heating and has 1 bathroom with a bathtub, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The living room has a fridge where you can store your food and a separated dining area for you to enjoy your meals.
The house is located in a charming and quiet residential area, a 20-minute walk from Dublin City University. The local shops are a 5-minute walk away, and offer a pharmacy, post office, bakery, and a couple of takeaway restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a range of appliances including an oven, gas stove top, microwave, and a washing machine.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled.
- The cozy living area will be a perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day.
