There is a room available to rent to women only in this 2-storey, 4-bedroom house shared with the live-in landlady. Located in the residential Sandyford the house has a lush garden in the back, the perfect place to spend a sunny day. The available room is located on the top floor, and on the main floor you have the living room and kitchen. The kitchen looks out onto the garden and comes fully equipped with plenty of cooking space as well.
The house is located on a quiet residential street in Sandyford, about 40 minutes away from Dublin by car. The location is perfect if you are looking for a calm area to live. Although residential, you conveniently have a small shopping center less than 5 minutes away where you can find grocery stores, a cafe, and a pharmacy. You also have several buses that stop nearby which will take you into the city in about 45 minutes.

- Get some rest and relaxation out in the private garden.
- No need to share a bathroom with your own en-suite!
- You have a small shopping center just 3 minutes away.
- Don't have a car? You can still get around town by bus.
