There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom house on Grange Abbey Grove, in Donaghmede, which is beautifully decorated and has a live-in landlady. The fully furnished property has 2 bathrooms, stylish living area, and a modern kitchen that opens out onto a lovely backyard.
The house is located in a nice residential area, close to the lovely Father Collins Park, the local shops, and a supermarket. There is also a train station 12 minutes away, making it easy to travel into the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The cozy living area is ideal to relax at the end of a busy day.
- There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- Mark the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- The kitchen has plenty of bench space and is modern and fully equipped.
- The Donaghmede Shopping Centre is a 15-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
