This 4-bedroom house on Grange Abbey Drive, in Donaghmede has a lovely furnished room for rent. The property is nice and bright and has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, 3 bathrooms, and a lovely patio. You will share this house with the landlady and her 2 children.
The house is located in Donaghmede, roughly 45 minutes from the city centre. This predominantly residential area offers a tranquil spot for those that prefer to live outside the city. There are plenty of lovely parks close by, as well as shops and amenities.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is spacious, well equipped, and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- The bedroom is nice and bright.
- There is a spacious dining table to enjoy your meals.
- There is a lovely patio area at the back of the property.
- The living room is stylishly furnished and has a fireplace.
- Donaghmede is a nice residential neighbourhood.
Things to keep in mind
- The house is located outside the city centre, but public transport is close.
- The bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of the house.
