There are rooms to rent in this stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house on The Villa, Melrose Park in Swords with a live-in landlord. This beautiful house has a modern kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a garden.
There is a supermarket, pharmacy and bar just a quick 10-minute walk away. The larger Pavilions Shopping Centre is a 25-minute walk away, or 15-minutes by bus. The large Ward River Valley Park is easily accessible using public transport, and is a great place to explore on a day off.
What we liked the most
- The house is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is very modern, with a shower over a large bath, as well as a toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The house is located in a quiet suburb outside the centre of Dublin.
