There are furnished rooms to rent for students in a 3-bedroom house on Ardcollum Avenue, Artane. This is a property that feels like home thanks to the live-in landlady and her family. Common areas include one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. A major selling point is the property's garden, which is perfect for enjoying the nice weather!
This nice and tranquil residential area is about 15-20 minutes from Dublin City Centre by bus. You will find the local shops such as a chemist, off-licence, banks and restaurants, a five-minute walk from the house. Minutes away, you'll find a Subway restaurant and Brook's Café and Wine Bar just across the street. At Kilmore Rd., there is a McDonald's restaurant and Woodmill Café, a great place for reading or catching up with friends.
