Rooms are available in a lovely house with garden in Dun Laogharie, about 30 minutes from the city centre. The landlord lives there too along with his two pet rabbits! There's also the chance to bring your own pets to live with you if the landlord agrees to it - you only have to ask! The house is in a quiet residential street opposite Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design and green open space popular with dog walkers. There is a shared living room for watching TV and equipped kitchen.
This is a beautiful residential area about 30 minutes' walk to the harbour and seafront. Closer to home, it's a 10-minute walk to Lidl supermarket and 9 minutes to Tesco Metro. There's a beautiful traditional pub with open fireplace just 3 minutes from home while the bus stop is 2 minutes away and will get you into Dublin city centre in 20 minutes.
What we liked the most

- It takes 2 minutes to walk to the bus stop for the 7D, 46A and 75 buses. The 46A gets to Dublin city centre in 20 minutes. The 46A and 75 get to the centre of Dun Laoghaire and the railway station in 11 minutes.
- At Dun Laoghaire station, you can get the DART train service to Dublin as well as intercity services.

You will share this apartment with your self-employed landlord and his 2 rabbits, who live outside. Visits are allowed if agreed upon beforehand, but parties are not permitted.
