This multi-story house has bedrooms spread out across the first, second, and third floors, ensuring plenty of privacy. The ground floor includes two spacious and homey living rooms as well as a large fully equipped kitchen with a full range and ample counter space, as well as a patio.
The house is located in a calm residential area of Dublin that is nonetheless just a 4-minute walk from a lively strip of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops along Terenure Rd N. Athletes are in luck too; the Terenure Sports Club is just around the corner and offers facilities for rugby, cricket, soccer, tennis, bowls and table tennis. The Terenure area contains many parks, including Kenilworth Square, a 13-minute walk from the house.
What we liked the most
- Not one but two living rooms!
- The decor in the house is incredibly homey and of high quality.
- Each bedroom has a pleasant street view.
- The patio off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy a meal or cup of tea!
