Spotahome's opinion
Rooms are available in a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom bungalow with garden and wooden cabin in Templeogue, which is very handy for bus routes and colleges. The living room is very spacious with sofas, TV and wooden floors. The star of the show is the impressive family kitchen with large dining table, huge fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, cupboards and lovely garden views. The garden itself is a gorgeous place for alfresco dining with garden furniture plus a wooden cabin at the far end of the garden, which you can use, to curl up on the sofa with a book.
The house is in a beautiful, residential neighbourhood, just 3 minutes from the River Poddle and on the edge of the pretty Tymon Park and lake. It also takes 3 minutes to walk up the road to Wellington Road for the bus stops. There's the Orwell Shopping Centre 10 minutes from home with SuperValu supermarket, pharmacy, newsagents, Chinese takeaway and the Orwell surgery.
What we liked the most
- The wooden cabin in the garden is a beautiful, relaxing space for reading on a rainy day.
- The gorgeous patio garden has lots of space for dining out or enjoying the sun.
- There's an enormous kitchen for dining and cooking.
- Having a live-in landlady who can tell you about the local area.
- Meals are included in the price!
