A room is available for rent in a 3-bedroom shared house in Dundrum, Dublin. You'll be sharing this property with a live in landlady, a woman in her 60s who is retired. The property is beautifully decorated throughout with white walls and modern furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, modern appliances and plenty of storage space, it even has a dining table. The kitchen is well lit with lots of natural light thanks to 2 large windows that double as doors and open up on to a beautiful little garden, which will be great for the summer months.
This property is located on Llewellyn Grove in Dublin's Dundrum district. The surrounding area has plenty of greenery, so if you ever want to escape the pressures of modern city life, you don't have to go very far. This is also an ideal location for commuters as you can reach Dublin city centre in under 40 minutes by public transport.
