The bedrooms are clean and cosy with comfortable beds and have their own heating units. There is a lovely garden in the back where you can unwind from the day and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. And if you like animals, you'll love the owner's two pets—a cat and a dog.
Leopardstown is located in County Dublin, south of the city centre. It's conveniently located for students studying at University College Dublin as it's only a single bus ride away. If you need to do some shopping, you can head to the Leopardstown Shopping Centre where you'll find a supermarket and a pharmacy among other stores. There's also a Spar convenience store just around the corner from your house. Lastly, if you want to take a walk, there is greenspace just a 5-minute walk from your home.
