Rooms are available for rent in a 3-bedroom shared house in Cabra, Dublin. The house is decorated classically throughout, giving it a lot of character. The kitchen and living area are in a joint open space, which will be great for socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make some truely delicious meals, so you won't need to go out to fancy restaurants to eat well every evening.

This property is located on Quarry Road in Cabra, Dublin. This property has lots of great of connection links to the city centre, so this is an ideal location for commuters. However if you fancy saving bus fare, it's only a 40-minute walk, great excuse to save on a gym pass. This is also a great location for students, with a direct bus going to the Univeristy College Dublin Campus and great connection links to the Dublin City University, so if you're willing to commute, this is the spot for you. You're also only a 10-minute walk from a Tesco Superstore and a 5-minute walk from a Lidl, so you can get all your groceries hassle free.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlord is looking for calm, respectable people that will clean up after themselves.
  • The landlord lives in a self-contained annex in the backgarden, and will be accessing the property regularly to clean.
  • At the time of the photo session, we could not see the shared bathroom due to it being refurbished, but it will be ready by the time you move in.
  • Veronica, our homechecker, did mention that in Bedroom 1 the ceilings were low. This room would not suit a very tall person.
