There is a room to rent in this 160 m², 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on Mount Carmel Avenue, Goatstown. The room has its own entrance, refrigerator, and a private bathroom. You will be sharing the kitchen, garden, and dining table with the live-in landlady and her family.
The house is located about 30 minutes away from Dublin City Centre using public transport or 15 minutes away by car. You will find access to buses and LUAs nearby, and the local shops are within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is also a dining table to enjoy your meals.
- The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
- There are several parks nearby.
- There is free on-street parking.

Things to keep in mind
- You are required to keep your room clean and tidy and leave it as you found it when you moved in.
