The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need, so if you like to cook, this will be a great place for you. There is also a seating area where you can sit, eat and relax in the evenings. Through the seating area you also have access to a back garden, which will be great for the summer months.
The property is located on Berryfield Road in County Dublin's Finglas district. Although very residential you can reach Dublin city centre by bus is under half an hour, which is great for anyone willing to commute. You are also very near to Tolka Valley Park, which is great to visit if you want to escape all the pressures of city life.
