This 4-bedroom house in Santry has furnished rooms for rent and is occupied by the live-in landlady. Shared amenities include 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining and living area opening out onto a backyard.
The house is located in Oldtown Park, about 45 minutes from Dublin City Center by bus and a 10-minute drive from the airport. You can walk to the local shops in about 10 minutes and you will find a large shopping centre a short public transport ride away.
What we liked the most
- The house is cosy and homely.
- There are gas heaters located throughout the house.
- The kitchen has all you need for cooking.
- There is a washing machine and dryer to take care of your laundry.
- The house is in a beautiful residential neighbourhood.
- Dublin City University is a 10-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The backyard was under renovations at the time of our visit.
