A room is available to rent in this lovely family home on Sycamore Lawn in Castleknock. The house is very spacious and well furnished. You will be living on the ground floor, sharing the massive kitchen and living room with the family. There is a full bathroom with a shower on this level, and the landlords have 2 bathrooms upstairs also. As well as the huge living room that you will have access to, the landlords have their own, private living room, so you don't need to worry about intruding on their space.
A quiet and residential area, life in Castleknock would suit somebody looking for a peaceful place to study, or to escape from the hectic city life after a long day at work. With great connections to the city centre, you won't need to worry about local shopping, but there is a Centra convenience store a few minutes away, and a couple of cafes and takeaways nearby.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge kitchen, with its double oven, and vast range stove.
- The living room has a piano - ideal for music lovers!
- The home is set up in a way that means that you and the landlords will have privacy, with your own separate areas.
- In this green area of the city, there are lots of parks where you can go to relax.
- From here you can get the train directly to the centre of the city for work or study.
